All Employers Edge customers receive the unemployment benefit charge and tax auditing as part of our unemployment claims administration services, which includes the voluntary tax contribution analysis in the states that currently allow them.
Employers Edge audits and verifies each unemployment claim, the quarterly contribution reports (QCRs), the benefit charge statements and the annual unemployment tax rate notices. Upon detection of state errors and/or overpayments, Employers Edge will immediately go about securing credits and/or refunds on behalf of our customers.
